Unanswered Prayer - the prayer course II on Sunday mornings at 11.00 am from Sun 28th Feb
A 5 week Lent course designed to provoke honest thinking about the hardest questions we ask about prayer. Each session of the course will consist of a video, hosted by Pete Greig and BAFTA award-winning TV presenter Gemma Hunt, exploring Jesus’ journey to the cross and drawing on themes and stories from Pete’s book, God on Mute. Each video will also feature an interview with a special guest sharing their experience of God at work in the midst of extreme challenges to their faith.
Please email The Revd Dr Mary Barr vicarmary@meltonparish.org.uk if you would like to join this course.

Suspension of Public Worship in Ironstone Church Buildings
In view of the present Covid-19 crisis and after consultation, it has been decided to suspend all gatherings for public worship with immediate effect.
In the Ironstone Churches opportunities are provided to gather with others for worship online and/or by telephone, and details of the online/telephone services for January are included in this website.
Although not hosting gatherings for worship, several Ironstone church buildings remain open for private prayer, and details of opening times are available on the website, and also in the yellow pages. It is important that anyone visiting a church for private prayer take responsibility for hand sanitising etc. before and after their visit to that building.
