Eastwell Church - St. Michael & All Angels
Welcome to the web page for Eastwell Church
April update
We've recently reviewed our Covid guidelines across all churches in the Benefice.
For 'special' services where we are expecting a larger number of people to attend, we ask for your help by booking in before the service.
For all services and events, we'd prefer you to wear a face covering whilst in the church and for singing.
Following a recent Benefice Council meeting, we're happy to tell you that
both bread and wine will be offered by intinction at our Holy Communion services.
Take a few minutes to visit the new display in the nave: 'Journey through Lent'
Our April services
Throughout Lent - services of Compline by candlelight
Friday 1 April at 6pm
Friday 8 April at 6pm
Saturday 16 April at 7pm- Easter Liturgy with Holy Communion
Sunday 24 April at 9am - Holy Communion
many other services are taking place in the Benefice throughout the month -
please see the main Benefice page for details
We are collecting scrap metal which can be sold to raise funds for our church.
If you have any scrap metal to donate, please leave it at the back of the church or contact Sue or Stella if you'd like us to collect.
The church is open to visitors and for private prayer
seven days each week, from 9am until dusk
Please follow the Covid-19 guidelines posted in the church
We have a QR code on the church door - please scan on your phone if possible and, if not, leave your contact details on the paper on the table inside the door
(our toilets remain closed for the time being)
we hope you enjoy the peace and calm of our beautiful country church
If you need help of any kind, please contact one of the churchwardens who will be able to point you to one of the many support groups set up for Eastwell and the other villages.
